My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and very much like the pictures, but there was a slight inconvenience when they walked in on us without proper announcement. The service was helpful and accommodating, although I had a small hiccup with a lengthy wait early in the morning. The location was great, right in the middle of the CBD, close to the waterfront and main attractions, although the ongoing road works made it a bit tricky to find. The dining options were extensive, but I found the in-house bakery a bit underwhelming. The facilities were good, and the price was reasonable for what was offered.
