The hotel had some lovely touches in the room for our anniversary celebration, but there were some issues with privacy and interruptions. The location was convenient for exploring Auckland attractions, but there were roadworks causing confusion. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, although we had a minor service hiccup. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
